Their response was to open my letters then return them stapled closed stamped refused. They also did not have my account labeled as disputed within 30 days. Checksystems delayed past 30 days after receiving notice stating they received the letter 6 days after the post office delivered it. It will cost $178 to sue them. I have all the paperwork saved. I plan to sue them even though they removed it. They failed to do so in 30 days as required by law. I used these letters to force US Bank to do their job.
