(self executing security agreement) put this in the contract which this is a binding contract since it is being sent by certified mail. basically what it means is no matter what they say YOUR law applies, so technically you can write what you want and the contract only favors you no matter what they say. this is something we use in big contracts with large corporations so no matter what they add to the contract its still in our favor. Also use the word (including) in the contract which means; any terms I've stated and any terms i can later add to this contract. "i.e. Including Defamation, Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud, Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I received a letter saying that they have forwarded my letter to the appropriate person for handling my dispute.
